Traditional Screeds are applied directly to concrete or a suspended slab as a levelling screed. Where acoustic or thermal properties are required in can be laid upon a rigid insulation or resilient layer

Typically installed at 65mm thickness on residential projects, 75mm in commercial applications.
Excellent workability properties, good compaction. Can be laid to SR1 or SR2
Can be used with underfloor heating systems.
Compressive Strength >20N/mm2
Typically dries at a rate of 1mm per day (subject to site conditions)
